If your pet goes missing, it can be very worrying. You have a legal requirement to have your pet fitted with a suitable collar and tag. Collars can break and identification tags can be lost. A microchip ensures permanent identification for life!
A microchip is about the size of a grain of rice which can be implanted quickly and painlessly without anaesthetic. Once implanted your pet will have permanent irrefutable proof of identity.
Our certified implanter uses microchips that conform to the requirements for the Pet Travel Scheme supplied by Pet-Id who manufacture microchips under their own company code to the ISO Standards 11784 and 11785. For further information visit www.pet-id.net
PETSENSE ANIMAL BEHAVIOUR THERAPY LTD offer to chip most pets, such as dogs, cats and rabbits painlessly and in a matter of minutes.
However, for very small pets, birds or reptiles, the microchipping procedure is more complicated and therefore would require veterinary attention.
